  • Small bowl

  • Frozen broccoli florets

  • Frozen green beans

  • Strainer

Instructions

​

1.      Place the veggies in the bowl

2.      Pour a 1/8 of a cup of water

3.      Place in microwave for approx. 3.5 mins

         (depending on your microwave strength)

4.      Make sure to use an oven mitt when taking the bowl out

5.      Pour veggies onto strainer

6.      Run under cold tap water

7.      Place veggies in strainer on top of the bowl

8.      Leave veggies to cool down

9.      Once cool, serve as desired
